Position Title: Staff ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends) / Nights (Rotating Weekends, Urgent Need)
Beds: 16 ICU Beds
Patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect comprehensive patient data and perform ongoing assessments
- Advocate for patients within interdisciplinary teams
- Manage delivery of safe, effective nursing care
- Monitor critical vital signs and respond to emergencies
- Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments
Qualifications:
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact RN license (60 days to convert if relocating)
- Minimum 1 year recent ICU RN experience in acute care
- Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of start
- BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association), and PALS certification within 6 months of employment start
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
- $33.77 – $49.06 per hour, based on experience
- Shift Differentials: $4.50/night, $1.50/weekends
Sign-On Bonus:
- $15,000 for Day Shift
- $20,000 for Night Shift
- Sign-on offers valid through Q3, subject to reevaluation
Relocation:
- Available on a case-by-case basis
