Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical and operational systems improvement projects
Provide expertise in systems analysis and performance optimization
Utilize quality management tools and methodology to analyze workflow processes
Make recommendations for clinical operational systems improvements
Work as a change agent to enhance system performance
Required Qualifications
State of Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license
BSN
Preferred Qualifications
MSN
Experience in a healthcare environment
Experience with interpretation and evaluation of accreditation standards
Five years or more of increasing responsibility in systems, quality, or health care administration
Demonstrated management ability
Strong communication/presentation skills
Previous experience with JC/regulatory agency preparation
Previous experience with electronic document management systems
