Join Cooper University Health Care as the Director of Access and Experience at MDA, where you'll lead patient access initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all incoming calls and new patient access to appointments
Achieve an abandonment rate of less than 5%
Ensure new patient lag of less than 10 days
Understand services provided by MDA and manage template utilization and fill rate
Partner with MDA executive and physician/APP teams for optimal resource utilization
Manage new patient volumes by disease site and bump rates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree in health administration, health sciences, or leadership
2 or more years of work experience in ambulatory operations, leadership, and/or call center
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong oral/written communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a relevant field
