Key Responsibilities
Assist/oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, and restaurant
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and inventory management
Assist the General Manager with reporting and task execution
Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements
Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
