Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support during student crises
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on the Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience with children
Previous experience in a school setting with special needs children
