Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to support K–12 special education students in Minneapolis–Saint Paul. This role offers a chance to develop essential classroom skills while making a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist classroom teachers with academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with special needs children
