Job Description
Randstad USA is hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth in a hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a background in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics, focusing on delivering effective workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Randstad’s workforce solutions to new and existing clients
Identify prospective clients through outbound efforts including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
Manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals
Schedule and attend virtual and on-site meetings to strengthen client partnerships
Negotiate pricing and contract terms strategically and professionally
Collaborate internally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Use CRM tools and digital platforms to track activity, forecast performance, and document interactions
Required Qualifications
1–5 years of professional sales experience
Experience in B2B sales, business development, cold calling, or lead generation
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven success in a metrics-driven sales environment
Ability to build rapport with business leaders and decision-makers
Comfort using Google Suite, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with clients in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics industries
