Work Schedule & Lifestyle

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No on-calls
• Work-life balance with an average of 15 patients per day

Training & Support

• 2 weeks of structured onboarding training
• 2 additional weeks of clinical support/mentorship during transition
• A total of 4 weeks of guided integration to ensure smooth adaptation and success
