Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
Work as part of a home health team focused on patient care and goals
Assess patient, observe deficits, establish therapy goals and document progress
Assist patients with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
Suggest adaptive equipment for support
Assess fall risks and improve home safety
Educate patients and families on care plans and exercises
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Colorado
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
One year of OT experience, preferably in home health care
Meets federal and/or state criminal and abuse background check requirements
Pass a background check and drug test
