Job Description
Join CHRISTUS Health as a Clinical Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, where you'll provide exceptional patient care, ensuring safety and quality while working collaboratively with healthcare teams. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle diverse patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement patient care specific to patient age
Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely
Demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice
Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care
