Facilities Maintenance Lead

Overview:

The maintenance division is currently seeking a qualified individual to direct and oversee all functions of the department associated with Automotive, Mill Shop, Paint and Sign, Electrical and Plumbing shops

Responsibilities:

You will keep the park running and the smiles coming!

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Experience in leading team with projects

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong motivational, leadership, and team building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation.
• Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator.
• An enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Valid CA driver license.
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment (cleaning equipment, tractor, sweeper truck, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
