Join QuadMed as a Site Services Lead to lead technical support and maintenance of IT end-user technology services. Work remotely after orientation, with occasional travel to corporate offices and health centers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor personnel by directing and delegating tasks
Promote continuous improvement and customer service
Ensure infrastructure uptime and IT inventory management
Collaborate with IT and Facilities on technology standards
Facilitate planning and workload management for the team
Support troubleshooting and incidents resolution
Maintain partnerships with hardware and infrastructure providers
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT or associate degree in IT with equivalent experience
Minimum eight (8) years experience in a technology field or healthcare IT related field
Minimum four (4) years working in an infrastructure or similar role
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year leader experience preferred
Experience managing projects
Working with or supporting controls defined by industry standards such as HiTrust and SSAE 16 SOC2
Experience with Enterprise EMR/ERP solutions
Strong working knowledge of Agile Framework and related concepts
