Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to food safety procedures
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, and reporting
Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders
Oversee cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas
Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained
Required Qualifications
Ability to work various shifts
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more
