Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Contract: 13 weeks Shift: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts with rotating on-call
Pay Rate: $65 - $71/hr


Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist to assist with heart, lung, and vascular diagnostics. Operate imaging equipment, support cardiovascular procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.


Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year catheterization experience
- ARRT-R certification and RT licensure in CA
- Current Fluoroscopy, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Experience in CA Fluoroscopy and Interventional Radiology (IR)


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during cardiovascular and pulmonary procedures.
- Operate x-ray, fluoroscopy, and monitoring equipment.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs.
- Ensure patient safety and follow radiation safety protocols.
- Maintain sterile environment and equipment.
- Troubleshoot cardiac catheterization equipment.
- Complete procedure documentation and maintain clean workspace.
