Job Description

Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to work remotely as part of a dynamic team. You will leverage your tax expertise to assist clients in navigating tax complexities while using Intuit TurboTax products, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

Active PTIN
Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
