Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders
Document findings on standardized evaluation form
Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals and modalities
Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
Provide and modify treatment to patients as needed
Required Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Graduate of an accredited university in Occupational Therapy
Current license/registration as an Occupational Therapist
Preferred Qualifications
Recognized by NBCOT as a designated OTR
