Job Description
Join TEKsystems as an Executive Assistant, supporting three executives in a dynamic financial services environment. This role offers exposure to high-level topics and strategic calendar management, along with excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with calendar management and travel arrangements for leadership
Coordinate and prepare for meetings with visitors
Liaise with administrative assistants globally for leadership visits and events
Coordinate team events and meetings
Support the onboarding of new hires
Maintain office supplies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in technology or insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
High assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
Communication, facilitation, sales, and conflict management abilities
Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard operating hours
Preferred Qualifications
University degree preferred or equivalent experience
5+ years of executive calendar management with multiple executives
Team player mentality
Ability to handle and assess competing or changing priorities
