Intuit is looking for Senior Tax Consultants to assist clients with their tax preparation remotely. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in tax laws and customer service, helping clients navigate the complexities of their taxes using TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers professionally through video and audio
