Travel Nurse Level I RN - Rehabilitation - $2,391 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation Level I for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 11 hours, nights, flexible
• Employment Type: Travel

Shift Requirements: 12 hour variable shifts. 
every other weekend and holiday rotation 
• Float Requirements: float to all inpatient units as needed. May be required to float to other locations to include Merrill, Antigo, Medford and Stanley
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA 
• Required Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS
• Minimum Experience: 1 Year Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required) - OR - nurses with M/S background. Experience REQUIRED in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC).
• Charting Experience Required : Epic Preferred 
• Required Skillset: Rehab Knowledge
