Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts
Provide direct patient care as needed
Evaluate care effectiveness and address patient care concerns
Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
Promote evidence-based practices
Required Qualifications
Current state RN license
Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
Basic Life Support certification
ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in acute care hospital setting
