Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Obtain patient signatures for required documents
File and maintain medical records
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
Correct registration errors for insurance submissions
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements
Participate in care coordination with the multidisciplinary team
Provide effective communication to patients and healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a medical front office position
Ability to answer phones clearly and concisely
Knowledge of EMR software
Intermediate computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish or English
