Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain patient signatures for required documents
  • File and maintain medical records
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
  • Correct registration errors for insurance submissions
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA requirements
  • Participate in care coordination with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide effective communication to patients and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a medical front office position
  • Ability to answer phones clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of EMR software
  • Intermediate computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish or English
