Job Description
Join TEKsystems as a Customer Service Worksite Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service inquiries and enhancing their experience. Your role will involve providing policy information, handling claims, and supporting customer needs in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
Support policyholders with insurance product information
Answer client calls and respond to policyholder inquiries
Provide detailed information about policy statuses
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
Handle claim intake for clients
Meet or exceed departmental standards and KPIs
Exhibit organization’s common purposes and traits
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
2 – 3 years of customer service experience in a call center
High School diploma or equivalent
