Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support strategic operational initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, security, and compliance
Collaborate with the strategic leadership team on risk management, resource planning, and contract support strategies
Participate in all Councils to understand each Council and provide support
Assist with definition, implementation, and monitoring of policies/processes
Assist with implementation of process improvements
Work with Business Development and Operations Groups to identify and support capture of new business
Identify, plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for tracking performance
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supporting operations related areas
Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to the industry
Five or more years of program management experience in leading large programs or contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced level competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture
Demonstrated ability to innovate, self-start, think ahead, problem solve, and engage proactively
Ability to excel under pressure
Strong working knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles
Experience in developing and maintaining budgets and business plans
Experience writing proposals and white papers
Preferred Qualifications
