Key Responsibilities
Provide complete pharmacy services in coordination with department staff
Monitor patient medication regimens and provide appropriate interventions
Participate in rotation activities, including team meetings and rounds
Interpret and verify medication orders accurately
Compound and dispense pharmaceuticals
Provide clinical consultation to practitioners
Conduct drug utilization reviews
Support quality improvement and patient safety programs
Participate in professional competency maintenance
Serve as a clinical pharmacist during assigned shifts
Required Qualifications
Pharmacist license (to be obtained within 90 days of employment)
Graduate or candidate for graduation from an ACPE accredited PharmD program
Pharmacy Practice Residency - PGY1
BLS certification (to be obtained prior to start date)
ACLS certification (to be obtained prior to start date)
