Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a Taco Bell restaurant ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization
  • Train employees and model appropriate behaviors
  • Drive culture, problem-solve, and motivate the team
  • Control day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with health and safety codes
  • Analyze sales, labor, and inventory continuously to meet margin and sales growth targets

Required Qualifications

  • High School minimum, University Degree Preferred
  • 2-4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Passionate about providing excellence in food, service, cleanliness, and speed standards
  • Dynamic, energetic and positive leader
  • Ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees
