Key Responsibilities
Manage a Taco Bell restaurant ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization
Train employees and model appropriate behaviors
Drive culture, problem-solve, and motivate the team
Control day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with health and safety codes
Analyze sales, labor, and inventory continuously to meet margin and sales growth targets
Required Qualifications
High School minimum, University Degree Preferred
2-4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility
Basic business math and accounting skills
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Good oral/written communication skills
Strong analytical/decision-making skills
Basic personal computer literacy
Passionate about providing excellence in food, service, cleanliness, and speed standards
Dynamic, energetic and positive leader
Ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees
