Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for providers and practice managers
Serve as the escalation point of contact for clinicians seeking technical assistance
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
Install workstations, printers, and software applications
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software related problems
Provide technical expertise and training to end-users
Complete and maintain an inventory process for IT assets
Manage escalations from the Help Desk
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience with providing IT Desktop Support
3+ years of experience in installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades on desktop computers
3+ years of experience in installing and supporting networked devices such as printers and scanners
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
3+ years of experience with Windows Operating System
3+ years of experience with backup software applications
3+ years of experience with Cisco Hardware and Software
3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies
3+ years of experience with HP hardware platforms
Asset management experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to analyze and create solutions based upon data available
Ability to use time and resources effectively and efficiently
Strong deductive skills in analyzing problematic systems
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
