Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site IT support for providers and practice managers
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for clinicians seeking technical assistance
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
  • Install workstations, printers, and software applications
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software related problems
  • Provide technical expertise and training to end-users
  • Complete and maintain an inventory process for IT assets
  • Manage escalations from the Help Desk

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
  • 3+ years of experience with providing IT Desktop Support
  • 3+ years of experience in installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades on desktop computers
  • 3+ years of experience in installing and supporting networked devices such as printers and scanners
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows Operating System
  • 3+ years of experience with backup software applications
  • 3+ years of experience with Cisco Hardware and Software
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies
  • 3+ years of experience with HP hardware platforms
  • Asset management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze and create solutions based upon data available
  • Ability to use time and resources effectively and efficiently
  • Strong deductive skills in analyzing problematic systems
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
