Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery in Irving, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, promoting teamwork and patient safety while supporting professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide care to OB patients >20 weeks gestation
Work in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery unit
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
Support a culture of safety and quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
Registered Nurse License
Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
At least 2 years of experience in the field
