Key Responsibilities
Accurately fill and dispense medications including unit dose, IV, and chemotherapeutic drugs
Promote teamwork and reflect the Sisters of Providence Mission and Philosophy
Perform duties in a prompt, safe, and accurate manner
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of a Pharmacy Technician Level A training program certified by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy
Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire
Experience with telephone call prioritization
Experience with stressful/urgent need situations
3 months practical experience in a hospital pharmacy under the direct supervision of a pharmacist
Experienced in IV admixture/aseptic techniques
Preferred Qualifications
1 year hospital pharmacy experience
