Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead patient registrations and deliver good customer service
  • Greet, register, schedule, and provide information to patients and families
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
  • Prepare patient charts in advance
  • Ensure high level of customer service and patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in a medical environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical insurances
  • Leadership experience
  • NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification
