Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class patient care in home health settings
Support patients' health journeys and create memorable experiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist
Masters degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program
Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
