Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities
Evaluate and treat patients to achieve maximum independence
Consult with patients to address individual physical or age-related needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent educ/experience
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need
