Key Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Reduce interfering behaviors
Provide meaningful support to children and their families
Required Qualifications
Passionate about helping children with autism
Patient and compassionate
Able to work well in a team
18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to move in various positions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
