Job Description
Join Advanced Technology Services as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll ensure optimal operations in a factory environment by performing vital maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting, compliance with industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Installs, tests, repairs, troubleshoots, and performs complete maintenance and repair of plant electrical and electronic equipment
Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment and performs rework, repair, and adjustment
Provides support for other members of the department as needed
Assures compliance with maintenance industry standards and 5S standards
Participates in continuous improvement activities
May operate machining operations and perform basic welding tasks
Updates records and reviews CMMS history
Completes technical self-study programs for career development
Follows all safety-related policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
Must be able to use basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of VFD's, PID loop control, and industrial communication protocols
Experience in industrial automation/plc's including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron
