Key Responsibilities
Analyze tax-related queries and take corrective actions
Calculate retroactive tax and gross to net calculations
Review and balance W-2 files
Ensure tax data integrity for filings
Implement processing improvements
Handle W-2 corrections and reissues per IRS regulations
Provide client support for escalated tax issues
Maintain employee master tax data
Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or comparable knowledge in payroll-related field
Minimum 3 years Payroll Tax experience
Strong attention to detail and execution
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Strong business acumen
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
