Travel RN – Telemetry Advanced Cardiac Therapy (ACT)
Fort Wayne, IN
Start Date: 9/15/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Every other weekend (Friday & Saturday)

• No call

• Holidays required

Certifications Required:

• BLS (AHA or ARC accepted)

• ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted)

Patient Ratio: 1:4 or 1:5, never exceeding 1:6

Scope of Role:
Work in an Advanced Cardiac Therapy Unit with a primary focus on patients with heart failure and cardiac diagnoses, including:

• NSTEMI, STEMI, Watchman or Cath procedures

• New onset A-fib, A-fib with RVR

• Management of cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dobutamine, Heparin)

• IV pushes (Metoprolol, Lopressor, Digoxin, Cardizem, etc.)

• MS/Tele patients with cardiac history

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Telemetry knowledge and rhythm interpretation

• 1–2 years of MS/Tele RN experience

Unit Details:

• 24 beds

• Floating required to similar departments

• EMR: Cerner
