Join Cytiva as a Manufacturing Design Transfer Engineer and make a real difference in life sciences by coordinating design transfers to the Global Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key stakeholder in Change Control Boards, advising on engineering and manufacturing change requests, evaluations, risk assessments, impact assessments, and defining implementation plans
Coordinate Operations resources to collect necessary ECR inputs including manufacturing implementation requirements and disposition planning
Lead collaboration with engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations teams to drive alignment, prioritization, and coordination of resources
Oversee and manage the execution of all implementation activities for change orders
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and efficiency within the Global Supply Chain
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
Demonstrated proficiency in change control processes, lifecycle management, new product development, and project management
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in project management and product development
Experience with Bill of Material, Purchase specifications, material requirement planning (MRP), and phase-in/phase-out activities
Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams across engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Bio-Science, Medical Device, or Pharma industries
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle or SAP
