Key Responsibilities
Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions
Develop treatment plans and exercise regimens
Provide information on adaptive equipment and support programs
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Maintain a clean and inviting work environment
Assist in research initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting)
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification
