Job Description
As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead customer engagement and store operations, driving sales and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations
Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
Perform Floor Leader role directing the team
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
Effective communication skills and organization
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Manage conflict in a reasonable manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrity
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
