Key Responsibilities
Complete set processes and protocols
Support care team in delivering excellent customer service
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
Schedule/reschedule/cancel patient appointments
Handle calls, hospital face sheets, service messages, and requests for medical records
Provide direct patient care as a medical assistant
Prepare exam rooms and document patient encounters in Epic
Required Qualifications
1+ years of medical front office or surgery scheduling experience
1+ years of basic computer software experience
Surgery scheduling experience
EPIC experience
Prior authorization experience
Demonstrated ability to work well with health care providers
