Job Description

Join Intuit as a Business Tax Preparer and help customers navigate their business tax returns using your expertise. In this remote role, you'll provide personalized guidance and service to ensure clients successfully complete their taxes, contributing to our mission of powering prosperity worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation
  • Interact virtually with customers using video communication tools
  • Create high-quality customer interactions
  • Document customer interactions
  • Meet company performance metrics

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business tax preparation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with technology and software

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with service industry customers
  • Knowledge of Circular 230
