Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant General Manager and lead a dynamic team to create great experiences for guests while ensuring operational excellence. You'll play a key role in staffing, training, and driving sales, all while maintaining a fun and positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to the team
Manage daily operations of the restaurant
Maintain staffing levels and conduct hiring
Ensure team members receive proper training and development
Create effective work schedules
Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Drive sales and manage costs
Build community relationships
Complete performance reviews for crew members and managers
Maintain compliance with laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience preferred
