Key Responsibilities
Craft tailored telecom packages for customers
Stay updated with product offerings and pricing plans
Master persuasive sales pitching
Negotiate and close sales agreements
Complete paperwork and sales reports accurately
Provide exceptional post-sales support
Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Adhere to company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivator with a knack for working independently
Proficient computer and technical skills
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
Ability to work full time
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year of previous door-to-door selling experience
Sales-centric mindset with passion for achieving sales targets
Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line products
Digital proficiency with CRM systems and other software applications
