Job Description

As a General Manager, you'll lead store operations and team development, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. You'll coach your team, manage performance, and uphold compliance while fostering a professional atmosphere that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members
  • Manage overall store performance and meet Company performance standards
  • Lead team to reach or exceed sales goals
  • Supervise office security, cash management, and compliance
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere aligned with Company values
  • Utilize personal vehicle for Company business
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
