As a Retail Print Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead a team to drive print sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a collaborative retail environment. Key Responsibilities
Direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions
Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative solutions
Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on customer engagement and quality
Coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling
Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence
Consult with customers to offer appropriate options and deliver a total print solution
Leverage Salesforce.com to manage customers through in-store engagement and outreach
Required Qualifications
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
