Job Description
Join DISH as a Field Technician to provide world-class customer experience through smart home solutions. You will receive paid training and have the opportunity for automatic pay increases and career growth, all while working independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers’ homes to solve problems and introduce smart home technology
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services
Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
Schedule flexibility for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts
Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit
Customer focus to build trust and create great experiences
Problem-solving skills to tackle various challenges
Determination to work in tight spaces and different weather conditions
Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks
