Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Make a powerful impact on the local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment
Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for patients
Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software
Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes
Manage the daily operations of the clinic including financial, administrative, and personnel management
Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture
Required Qualifications
Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
