Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (Full-Time) Join AVANT , a leader in technology enablement, as a Channel Director (CD) and play a pivotal role in driving opportunities through the sales cycle for a select group of Trusted Advisors . You'll manage partner performance, recruit new advisors, and collaborate with inside channel managers and pricing analysts to ensure revenue growth in your assigned region. Your success will come through direct engagement—via calls, meetings, events, and email—to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Sales and Partner Development: Serve as the primary escalation contact for trusted advisors. Act as a secondary resource for quotes and contracts. Recruit and onboard new trusted advisors in your region. Re-board existing partners by: Developing annual sales roadmaps. Increasing adoption of Pathfinder tools. Introducing partners to vendors and conducting regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). Conduct QBRs to ensure consistent revenue growth from partners. Drive partner participation in sales training technical training , and marketing campaigns Enable trusted advisors to "Think AVANT First" by promoting our product suite and services. Track all sales activities, opportunities, and funnel data in Salesforce CRM Data & Analytical Functions: Develop and oversee sales metrics , reports, and business intelligence essential to sales performance. Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure efficient distribution of sales insights and reports. Analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies, targets, and presentations for trusted advisors. Continuously enhance productivity through Salesforce and other CRM technology platforms. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10-15 years of experience in the IT or Telecom Channel Proven direct sales experience with a track record of exceeding monthly sales goals. Management experience with the ability to lead and develop high-performance teams. Excellent communication interpersonal , and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Preferred Skills: Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines , balancing multiple tasks. Strong customer service orientation with empathetic listening and problem-solving skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on efficiency and team collaboration Experience working within teams and influencing decision-making across all organizational levels.
