Job Description

Join Primark as a Team Leader and take ownership in a vibrant retail environment. Lead and inspire a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach Sales Associates
  • Manage an allocated section of a department
  • Support day-to-day store operations
  • Assist with recruitment and development of Sales Associates
  • Manage cash lanes and Fitting Room areas
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints
  • Maintain stock file accuracy and pricing
