Key Responsibilities
Assist in individualized patient care under RN or LPN direction
Obtain vital signs and document in electronic medical records
Assist with patient needs including meals, bathing, and mobility
Provide clerical support as needed
Perform phlebotomy, enteral feeding, wound care, and trach care
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.
CNA/CPTC or enrolled in a healthcare career program
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Prolonged standing and walking
Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
