Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate and make a significant impact in the lives of New Yorkers. In this role, you'll develop action plans and ensure effective client care by utilizing community resources and providing guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop action plans for client care
Conduct routine community contacts
Locate and utilize community resources
Evaluate living conditions through home visits
Provide guidance in independent living skills
Run groups under supervision
Facilitate client referrals to service providers
Perform individual/group counseling
Conduct community outreach
Maintain necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
